Our classes cater for everyone. We have a maximum of 4 participants per class ensuring close supervision. Classes are 45 minutes.
Our Pilates programs are tailored to suit you needs. We have an initial physiotherapy screening to assess your strengths and weaknesses and discuss your goals.
